With direct reference to our Head of Application Support, you will become part of a team which consists of 9 skilled colleagues with various backgrounds such as IT Infrastructure Architects, Platform Engineers, Database Administrators, DevOps Engineers, and a Graduate. Our team is the backbone of our digital transformational journey towards working with modern and microservices architecture. It is a growing and motivated team responsible for providing the platforms for our development teams and designing the infrastructure. A job with focus on optimizing a globally scaled platform
As our new DevOps Infrastructure Engineer specializing in Terraform, your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions.

More specifically, you will be:

• Bridging the network layer in Azure (Application Gateway, Azure Firewall, DNS, Hub & Spoke traffic) to infrastructure as code
• Managing the architectural overview and be able to trace it from code to actual cloud infrastructure
• Collaborating with development teams to optimize application performance and ensure seamless integration with the infrastructure
• Driving the communities and roadmaps with other DevOps Engineers
• Documenting infrastructure configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and support
• Acting as a valued advisor where you provide support and guidance to our consumers

Personality matters
We are looking for a proactive DevOps Engineer who can work on taking the DevOps journey to the next level. We imagine that you have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field combined with 3 or more years of experience in building and maintaining cloud IT infrastructure. It will be an advantage if you have experience with containerization technologies, e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, and in handling financial operations, e.g. Azure subscription cost.

Furthermore, it is a requirement that you have experience with:

• Networking principles, virtual networks, and VPNs
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform
• CI/CD concepts and tools such as Azure Pipelines
• Managing and handling vendor interactions

It is a requirement that you are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
