A job with focus on leading agile transformation and business partnering
As the new Head of IT Transformation & Operational Excellence, you will lead the agile transformation of our IT organization. Naturally, cornerstones in this agile transformation are establishing new ways of working, process optimization and automation, transparency, structure, and governance as well as implementation of strategic goal-setting across the IT organization. To drive the transformation, you will be responsible for managing and expanding your team, which currently consists of 6 colleagues.

More specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Developing a Project Management Office (PMO)
• Developing value based agile and optimized ways of working across the IT organization
• Implementing and facilitating the new stakeholder concept in IT
• Optimizing the Digital Governance Model in Kamstrup
• Coaching the agile teams in IT in efficient, value-based approaches

Personality matters
We are looking for a highly experienced Head of Transformation and Operational Excellence with +5 years of experience from a similar position, preferably from a global and complex organization. You have a proven track-record with large-scale transformation projects and solid experience with managing across functional activities.

As a person, you are a strong communicator and can translate operational and technical IT aspects into a business context – tightly linked to the strategy. You see IT as a business partner and use this approach to build constructive cross-functional relationships throughout the organization. You are a visionary leader, who leads by example, drive positive change and inspire the IT organization to new heights. You are proactive while always remaining open and curious when you meet barriers. As people manager, you have a positive and cooperative attitude, empower your employees, and encourage them to take ownership.

The job requires fluency in written and spoken English. Danish is an advantage.
