We are looking for an exceptional problem solver for a mission-critical transformation role. As part of our journey towards becoming the Global Integrator of Container Logistics, we are transformation our Ocean product offerings – and we are offering the chance to become a pivotal part of this journey.

The position is within the ‘Network Strategy & Platform” team, where you as a Senior Program Manager will be directly involved in ensuring progress of key programs/projects spanning network design, transformative customer offerings and delivery capabilities for our Ocean business.

As a Program Management team we play and integral role in ensuring we progress towards the key Ocean priorities, and we do that through supporting the teams across the full program cycle (from defining key outcomes, to structuring value streams and governing the outcomes).

This role specifically will be supporting the implementation of our ground-breaking new network alliance, Gemini, and thus work with stakeholders across the full Ocean business.

Key Responsibilities
As a member of our Program Management team, which his reporting to Senior Vice President of Network Strategy & Platforms, you will together with the rest of team mainly be focusing on :

  • Supporting on defining and implementing strong program management practices across the program portfolio
  • Ensure strong definition, visibility and governance around our benefit cases
  • Drive and coordinate effective communication on our transformation progress
  • Dive into workstreams/sub-projects that needs your advanced problem-solving capabilities where needed

We are looking for
The ideal candidate demonstrates the following key skills and experiences:

  • Solid experience in structuring and managing complex projects in similar positions (minimum 4-5 years in business consulting, business development or strategy program management)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to zoom in and out of complex issues
  • A strong communicator who can synthesize and communicate complex issues and solutions in a compelling way
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills
  • Experience with the Ocean business (is ideal) and other network businesses (e.g. shipping or air) is a plus, but not a prerequisite.
