You will become part of hummel’s IT department, consisting of 24 employees. The department's primary focus is to support the business needs with IT skills. You will be the first Salesforce Developer in the team, so you should be motivated to help build and define the architecture going forward. You will join a strong professional community where we work across IT to create a strong IT foundation for hummel's future.

Your tasks with us
As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for building an internal Salesforce Developer team. You will own this task and are expected to take the lead. In this role, you will have a high influence on the architecture, with a special focus on back-end. Front-end tasks are solved externally.

The tasks will be varied and can include both smaller development tasks and larger projects.

Overall, your tasks will include:

• Designing an efficient and scalable architecture for the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform, considering both current and future needs.
• Handling development tasks, including operations, change requests, and projects. Engaging in dialogues about future architecture with stakeholders, including developers and designers.
• Documenting solutions and presenting and explaining technical concepts to your stakeholders.
• Making decisions on the direction of hummel's Salesforce solutions.
• Being a lighthouse with professional responsibility in the Salesforce development team to be built.

Our new team player
Our new team player can come from various IT-related directions, but we expect you to have broad knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its possibilities. It's important that you can translate technical knowledge into business-friendly language in your communication and thrive in building good relationships with partners both internally and externally.

We use Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud, so familiarity with these and curiosity about developments in these areas is a plus.

As a person, you work independently and are structured, but also thrive in teams. You have good communication skills in Danish and English, both written and spoken, as you will interact with international colleagues and consultants daily. Furthermore, you should be eager to learn new things and develop your skills.

We are looking for a profile with:

• Salesforce Commerce Cloud development experience, including Apex, Lightning components, and Visualforce.
• Solid experience with the architecture of the Salesforce platform.
• Commercial understanding.
• Insight into integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
• Willingness to take responsibility for hummel's Salesforce platform.

Industry experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
