As Global Head of QEHS at Dometic Group you will be accountable for and lead Dometic’s global agenda within Quality, Environment (factory-related) and Health & Safety. As a global function head, the responsibility is to develop optimal processes and procedures for decentralized implementation and execution. To align and harmonize, collaborate and co-create with the segments is crucial when building the future together. The position reports to Head of Group Operations & Sustainability and is based at HQ, Solna.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and co-ordinate implementation of robust global processes and procedures as well as a global acceptance and adherence to these
• Provide support and direction to the segments’ Quality and EHS resources
• Proactively secure that the Dometic QEHS strategy meets obligations towards internal and external stakeholders (including customers, and regulators)
• Ensure that the organisation implements and maintains the appropriate management systems and ISO certifications
• Drive hands-on crisis management/escalation tasks if needed
• Responsible for EHS and loss prevention audit programmes conducted by 3rd party
• Responsible for assuring appropriate corrective and preventive actions are taken on major incidents and quality issues
• Working with the segments’ Quality Directors and local entities to develop and promote appropriate training programmes
• Make sure appropriate IT tools are being set up to support the Quality and EHS functions

Requirements
A suitable background would be as a senior manager with experience across Operations, Quality and EHS – as well as the following qualifications and experiences:

• Proven track record - and leadership experience - within Manufacturing, Operations, Quality or QEHS with international responsibilities (beyond the Nordics)
• Demonstrated proficiency with quality systems planning and strategic development
• Experience with global product safety requirements
• Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 as well as experience from IATF 16949.
• Relevant academic degree in business administration, industrial engineering or similar
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
