In MFT Energy we trade energy to make markets efficient and to facilitate the green transition. We are looking for a Communications Specialist to join the journey and our ambitious People Operations team in Aarhus, Denmark.

The job as Communications Specialist
As our new Communications Specialist, you will become part of a professional and dedicated People Operations team, consisting of experienced specialists within different fields. We are dedicated to maintaining our strong brand both internally and externally and creating a modern workplace where employee well-being and mental health go hand in hand with drive and performance. Your work areas will include developing internal and external communication strategies, writing and producing content such as press releases, annual reports, and social media updates, managing media relations, and ensuring effective and inclusive communication across all platforms. You will be reporting directly to the Director of People Operations.

Your key responsibilities

• Develop internal and external communication strategies
• Assess and optimize communication channels
• Create content for all communication channels
• Manage media inquiries and develop a media relations plan
• Ensure communication materials reflect our brand identity and messaging
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the performed communication activities
• Ad hoc communication tasks

Your qualifications and personal skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience from a similar role
• A relevant education within communication, journalism or related field
• Excellent and effective communication skills both verbal and written
• Solid project management skills
• The ability to work independently and structure your workload
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
