The focus of the role as Data Protection Specialist will be to support the business in all matters related to data protection and privacy. You will report to the company’s Data Protection Officer and be part of a team consisting of the DPO and two Data Protection Specialists. You will work cross-functional in an advisory and coaching function towards the business in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. There will be a close cooperation with other departments such as Legal, Governance, Information Security and IT. The role is positioned in Helsingborg with the possibility to work from other locations, for example our Malmö office.

Your areas of responsibilities include:
- Support the business with relevant impact assessments (DPIA, TIA, LIA).
- Draft and communicate internal and external documents, such as privacy policies, internal guidance and create templates for impact assessments and agreements.
- Execute internal and external audits, to ensure compliance with regulations regarding personal data protection.
- Create training material and hold awareness sessions.
- Act as support in personal data breaches, including file reports to authorities.
- Follow up on risks associated with data protection.
- Stay updated on regulations and case law with relevance for data protection.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in law or other relevant academic education.
- English and Swedish skills at a business proficient level.
- Minimum of two years of data protection background.
- Experience from the finance sector is a bonus.
