THE POSITION
- To create high quality, photorealistic rendered interior, exterior design images follow specific styles (Scandinavian, US, UA) and support other team members during entire process
- Hard surface modeling, lighting and material setup in 3DS Max + Corona
- Post-processing in picture editing software to enhance the final output (Photoshop CC)
- To ensure all phases of design with technically accurate and emotionally evocative photorealistic interior and exterior renderings from 2D/3D CAD/BIM data
- Review project requests and proactively propose appropriate actions (updates, guidelines and audit)
- To propose and execute actions to improve project's performance.
- To support when needed in the creation of 3D content and assets used in production of 3D images
- To provide consultation on technical/quality issues
- To provide improvement ideas related to production tools, techniques, materials and workflows to the production team.
- Support internal projects as required
- Other duties as assigned
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Knowledge
- Education:Bachelor or college of Architecture
- Professional knowledge: Architecture Design, Planning
- Blender knowledge (not mandatory)
Skills
- Functional Skills: Training, good at 3DS Max, Vray, Corona, Auto Cad, Other BIM... and office software
- English skill: basic communication with ability to understand technical words
Experience
- Experienced with Architectural Visualization from 3 years
Other requirements
- Good health, can work under high pressure, no color blindness
