Do you know the marine industry well enough to spearhead a growing and highly successful team that delivers a complete package of electrical and digital solutions to major marine companies like Maersk in Denmark? You will have the P&L responsibility and be the team's primary face towards the customers. Your responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop your team.
• Ensure good overall planning and resource allocation.
• Ensure solid economical overview and profitability with additional reporting.
• Drive sales.
• Establish and develop good relations to key stakeholders within the customers’ organizations.
• Nurture cross-organizational collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Your background

• A technical education backed by commercial experience.
• Solid experience in the marine industry.
• Several years of managerial experience with P&L responsibility – from strategy to action.
• Sales experience.
• Motivation for working in an international matrix organization with many contacts.
• Good English and Danish skills.
