In this newly establish role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our organization, drive growth and development, and make a real impact on our business. As the Regional Director for Sea & Air in the EMEA region, your primary role will be to implement strategic initiatives and develop the potential of your employees.

You will be part for the global management team in Sea & Air, overseeing all aspects of Sea & Air’s operations, growth & development in the region. Your key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing the regional strategy.
• Drive process excellence and establishing best practices operational platforms across all units
• Identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing verticals
• Building and leading high-performing teams, recognizing talent, and ensuring succession planning to all key roles

Experienced and strategic manager with excellent interpersonal skills
The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 10 years of industry experience and a deep understanding of industry dynamics. You should possess strong and proven leadership skills, the ability to create followship, and have a strong network connection.

Additionally, you should have strong business development, commercial, and strategic skills, and be a keen executor who can establish a connection between strategy and execution. You have documented experience focusing on growth and business development, strong collaborative and leadership skills, a process excellence mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a focus on suppliers, customers, and commercial drive.
