Site Manager, SampleMaster

SampleMaster® is on an ambitious growth path and is searching for a motivated Site Manager for our Marijampolé site. This vital role aims to enhance operational excellence, emphasizing efficiency and productivity. As Site Manager, you will have a significant influence on our logistics and supply-chain departments, leading the site to exceptional success. Renowned for creating value and high-quality customized sample and decision tools, SampleMaster® proudly serves global premium brands, including Steelcase, Bang & Olufsen, BoConcept, MillerKnoll, Bolia and many more.

Your focus will primarily be to:

• Lead Operations: Ensure site operations excel in efficiency, productivity, and safety.
• Strategically Develop Departments: Align logistics and supply chain with company goals, setting the stage for dedicated managerial roles.
• Cultivate Culture: Foster continuous improvement, teamwork, and a supportive environment.
• External Representation: Act as a company liaison with stakeholders, suppliers, and industry activities.
• Performance Monitoring: Align site operations with KPIs, manage risks, and oversee asset management.

We are looking for a dynamic Site Manager that has:

• Leadership Experience: Ability to manage diverse teams and departments, preferably with international and Scandinavian management culture exposure.
• Operational Management Expertise: Innovating for efficiency and change, with a solid health and safety compliance background.
• Strategic Skills: Excellent at decision-making and data analysis, quick to adapt to SampleMaster’s culture and values.
• Personal Qualities: Goal-oriented, excellent in communication, capable of handling dynamic workloads with empathy and professionalism.
