The opportunity:

As an Operations Planning Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying key priorities and ensuring data-driven decision-making processes. You will get to utilize your analytical skills to contribute to strategic planning and operational efficiency.

Your unique insights as a Supply & Demand Planner, places you as a key part of the organization and in the communications with our different sites. Therefore, some travel is to be expected to visit and collaborate with the site managers, planning and procurement teams, spanning across borders.

The primary tasks:

Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Track and analyze Turn Around Time (TAT) throughout the supply chain, identifying and addressing key priorities.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities, providing recommendations for optimal asset allocation.
  • Collaborate with the S&OP Team to execute tactical and operational planning, ensuring alignment with organizational targets and priorities.
  • Monitor and control operational execution across the supply chain, ensuring correct unit allocation and asset turnover.
  • Coordinate with the Maintenance Repair team to prioritize induction plans and optimize asset utilization. This is to be done through weekly coordination with the Maintenance Repair team, securing alignment with the agreed targets and the given direction.
  • Support statistical reporting on Forecast Management, enhancing demand planning accuracy.
  • Facilitate KPI tracking and analysis, implementing robust tracking and follow-up processes for operational teams.

We seek a team member that can identify with the description below:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, production engineering, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience, including internships or student roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Microsoft PowerBI is advantageous.
