About the role
Our next CFO will navigate our financial strategy and be a key player in our journey forward. In this role you will be both hands-on, strategic and lead our finance team consisting of one senior accountant and one revenue specialist.

As our CFO you will be an essential member of our management team, propelling our company's development forward. When joining PinMeTo you will be part of a fast-paced environment and be able to make a real impact in scaling and growing the company. You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with the full management team as well as preparing and reporting to the Board of Directors.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure Accuracy in Financial Metrics: Oversee our financial indicators, ensuring precision in cash flow, revenue, expenses, and deliver detailed financial reports to our CEO and board
• Drive Budgeting and Financial Planning: Manage our budget, cash flow forecasts, P&L, and balance sheet reports
• Oversee Reporting & KPIs: Direct our business and financial KPIs, enhancing and automating our reporting procedures
• Financial Close & Accounting Oversight: Maintain integrity in our month end close processes and supervise the audit procedures
• Cash & Tax Management: You will optimize cash flows and manage tax affairs efficiently
• Guide Capital Structure & Financing: Work with our CEO to navigate our capital structure and manage financing options
• Follow-up and cost: Work together with the management team to follow-up and implement operational efficiency activities across the business
• Investor & Board Relations: Represent PinMeTo to investors, board members, and shareholders with exemplary reporting and presentations

Together with your two closest colleagues in the financial team you will work together to reach success. Your role is to be a responsive leader and being able to have a situational leadership style to guide and coach your team. The team is based in Malmö, the company has an “Office First” policy and hence we therefore see a great benefit if you are also located there.

To thrive in this role we see that you have

• Proven CFO Experience: Extensive financial expertise, including financial reporting, control, planning, analysis, and investor relations
• Experience in representing the company in front of potential investors and partners, experience from larger investment transactions is advantageous
• Leadership experience
• Hand-ons approach as well as a strategic outlook
• Knowledge of working with Swedish accounting rules and regulations
• Excellent business English
• Background in SaaS or software is an advantage but not a requirement
