What You Will Do

• Utilize Figma to maintain design libraries, ensuring consistent product experiences.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and enhance design decisions, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain end-to-end user experiences.
• Optimize the website for improved user engagement and higher conversion rates.
• Design high-converting landing pages, ensuring effective tracking and third-party tool integration.
• Implement A/B testing strategies to boost conversions, analyzing performance metrics for adjustments.
• Employ user journey mapping and evaluation tools to enrich designs and enhance product engagement.
• Lead teams through challenges, making decisive decisions and taking full responsibility for design details.
• Evaluate problems from diverse perspectives, generating solutions aligned with user needs, business goals, and technical capabilities.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in product engagement.

Who You Are

• You are an excellent systems thinker, going beyond immediate issues to analyze them in the broader ecosystem. Your strength lies in effectively mapping out extensive problem spaces to provide a context for your work.
• You have a people-focused design mentality and have the communication and facilitation skills to help set up frameworks and brainstorm initial design concepts. You can speak confidently about your design work and convince others of your reasoning.
• Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design and collaboration.
• You value collaboration and enjoy working closely with engineers and across functions like sales, marketing, and growth by building elegant solutions as a team.
• You care about the impact of your work. You have experience tracking the usage of products you build and use the data to measure its success.
• You are proficient in data-informed product design and development. You are comfortable leveraging insights and data with the design craft (systems design, experience, and visuals) to deliver high-quality products.
• You have an online portfolio or PDF that you can share with us. Applications must have a portfolio to be considered.
• You can provide a brief explanation in your application of why you are excellent for this role, while highlighting your portfolio.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, or a related field.
