Job Description
Summary:
As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for defining the data requirements and designing scalable data architectures either cloud or on-premises. Your typical responsibility

will involve in designing, developing architecture with ingestion, process, storage and publishing the data in variety of forms using one of the cloud providers (Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS and Google GCP) or on-premises based tools and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement best practice data lake solutions in one more public clouds and on-premises.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data architecture solutions align with business requirements.
• Develop and maintain data architecture standards, policies, and procedures.
• Define the data requirements and structure for the application. Model and design the application data structure, storage and integration.
• Design a best practice architecture and driving technology roadmap for future.
• Design and implement solution for data ingestion, data processing, storage and publish.
• Provide guidance on architectural approaches on new and current projects and solutions including but not limited.
• Conduct as-is assessment of architecture and designing to-be state architecture with roadmap.
• Present new concepts, ideas, and initiatives for the betterment and implement PoC.
• Lead cross functional teams for delivering the solutions.

Qualifications
Qualifications:

• You should have a master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data engineering solutions.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Data engineering solutions either on cloud or on-premises.
• Practical experience in one or more Clouds (Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS and Google GCP).
• Hands-on experience in one or more programming (Python, C#, Java, etc.) and scripting languages (JavaScript, TypeScript).
• Familiar with DevOps concepts, CI/CD tools, deployment, and orchestration.

• Eager to learn and implement ideas without any fear.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Additional information:

• Good to have a Cloud certification in one more cloud Azure, AWS or GCP
• Good to have a Databricks, Kafka, MuleSoft certification.
• Understand and develop Data governance concepts.
