Join Personal Customers, Business Controls & Product Management
In the Personal Customers, Business Controls & Product Management (PC BCPM) team, we are the risk experts partnering with the Personal Customers business to ensure an open, consistent, and proactive risk culture. We aim to support the Personal Customer business on risk-related matters ranging from onboarding to digital sales, cards, accounts, e-bank and mobile banking in Sweden, Finland, and Denmark. We are the collaborators who bridge the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd LoD to ensure swift and compliant execution.

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in implementing risk assessments and assisting the business on various risk-related matters. You'll become a valued partner to stakeholders, offering advice, coaching, and training on risk and controls in product management, and strategic and change management initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Establishing yourself as a trusted risk partner to all relevant stakeholders.
• Providing guidance, coaching, and training to the business in considering risks and controls.
• Advising, coaching, and training the business in considering risks and controls in our product management, as well as in strategic and change management initiatives.
• Conducting designated risk assessments (non-financial risk, Product approval, Risk mitigations, GDPR, etc.)
• Supporting on risk management related aspects of Third-party engagement and Pricing.

Collaborative and customer-oriented risk partner
You are an individual who excels in a risk management environment, equipped with a keen eye for detail and an analytical mind. You are known for your integrity, proactive approach, and have the motivation to contribute positively. You are comfortable conducting tasks alone when needed but also enjoy collaborating with a team on larger projects.

Your professional competencies include:

• Effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, engaging in clear, concise, and relevant dialogues.
• Experience with risk management and processes around.
• An analytical and curious nature, using these traits to navigate and solve complex risk-related matters.
• Proficiency in one of the Scandinavian languages as well as English would be advantageous, aiding in seamless communication across the organization.

The position will either based in the new Danske Bank Domicile in Copenhagen City, in Stockholm or in Helsinki. We do not offer relocation.
