Are you experienced in Project Management methods and familiar with production engineering?

As Project Manager, Advanced Manufacturing, you will oversee a wide range of projects that vary from setting up complex batch production to delivering ‘One of a kind’ and bespoke items.

You will be involved in the challenging craft of aluminum production, which includes the implementation of new technologies and products as well as describing and mapping work processes.

Together with project teams you will find and document doable and cost-effective solutions that can be implemented effectively into our production.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the specification process and architecture of complex tasks in mechanical design and manufacturing processes.
• Be a key contact person for customers to Advanced Manufacturing and transforming their expectations/ wishes into operational levels.
• Set up well-functioning teams adapted to the individual tasks and required competences.
• Contribute actively to the organization of projects, including resource allocation and competence assessment.
• Collaborate across Advanced Manufacturing and deliver solutions that fulfil project scopes regard timing, quality, quantity and costs.
• Work with highly skilled engineers, technicians and designers in mechanical design, aluminum processes, machines, tools, assembly etc.

What you bring
We are seeking someone with Project Management experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
Moreover, you bring:

• 5+ years in project management, using both classic and agile methodologies.
• Exposure to manufacturing, specifically leading transformation project and introducing new technologies or processed within a manufacturing environment.
• A customer oriented mindset and a proactive behaviour with comprehensive understanding of customer needs and expectations.
• A strong intellect combined with a systematic way of thinking, analytical skills and the ability to think abstract.

What we offer
At Advanced Manufacturing and Process Engineering we develop solutions for a wide range of tasks within development and operations at Bang & Olufsen’s Engineering Factory, that produces aluminum parts and additional assembly processes. Here, you will work with 20+ dedicated colleagues as well as collaborating with the Development and Operations Departments. Our main mission is to develop and document processes within the areas of grinding, turning, polishing, milling, welding, cutting/punching, anodizing, gluing and assembly.

Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package.
