JOB DUTY
FURNITURE MODELING

• To create high quality, photorealistic rendered 3D furniture models that fulfill required styles (Scandinavian, US, Australia)
• Creating architectural environments, lighting and material setup in 3DS Max + Corona
• Post-processing in picture editing software to enhance the final output (Photoshop CC)
• To ensure all phases of design with technically accurate and emotionally evocative photorealistic interior and exterior renderings from 2D/3D CAD/BIM data

IMPROVEMENTS

• QUALITY: To propose and execute actions to improve furniture library quality
• TECHNICAL: To provide consultation on styling and selection of furniture for the production team
• INNOVATION: To provide improvement ideas related to production tools, techniques, materials and workflows to the production team.
• OTHERS: Support internal projects as required

REQUIREMENT
Knowledge
Education: Bachelor or college of architecture

Professional knowledge: Architectural design, planning

Skills
Functional Skills

• Training skill
• Using software (different between TE types)

+ Design software: 3DS Max, Vray, Corona, Auto Cad, Blender, Other BIM...

+ Office software: Excel, Word, Powerpoint

Supplementary Skills

• Communication skill
• English skills (basic communication with the ability to understand technical words)
