Brief Description of position:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Student Assistant (Junior Analyst) to join our Organizational Development team in the People team. This role offers a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to gain practical experience in the field of organizational development while supporting various projects and activities within the organization.

In this role, you'll have the chance to roll up your sleeves and dive into the exciting world of organizational development. You'll work closely with our team to design, develop, and implement initiatives aimed at maximizing our organizational potential. From assisting with training programs, DEI, leadership development, learning journeys, job architecture, graduate programme, performance management to supporting employee engagement activities, your contributions will directly impact the success of our organization.

You'll also have the opportunity to conduct research on industry best practices, present your findings to the team, and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to identify opportunities for improvement. Plus, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience in a supportive environment where your ideas are not only welcomed but encouraged.

You will support initiatives including:

  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of organizational development initiatives, such as training programs, employee engagement activities, and performance management processes.
  • Assist in the coordination of training workshops, seminars, and other learning events.
  • Support the administration of employee surveys and feedback mechanisms to gather insights on organizational culture and employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and organizational effectiveness within our HR Business Partner structure.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Organizational Development department, including scheduling meetings, managing documentation, and maintaining HR systems/databases.

To succeed in this role, you:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You have a minimum of 1.5 years (preferably 2 years) left of your education.
  • Strong interest in organizational development and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
  • Availability to work in average between 15 to 20 hours per week.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A global mindset with an ability to communicate clearly and responsive to local and remote sparring, input, and requests.
  • Structured and quality focused.
  • Perseverance and an ability to prioritize and execute tasks.
