About the role
We are looking to hire an Analyst, to join our Investigations team in Luxembourg, reporting to the Team Lead of Reconciliation, Investigations & Treasury Operations division.

You will be an important colleague within wider Global Core Operations department, delivering against strict SLA’s and driving the continuous improvement agenda within the department.

What you will be doing

• Applying payment and FX knowledge to daily tasks
  • Investigate and clear reconciliation breaks
  • Produce Root Cause Analysis on reason for reconciliation breaks
  • Look for automation opportunities & work towards 100% STP rate
  • Continuous learning and development of payment routing and infrastructure
  • Create and continuously improve processes
  • Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Project work and ad-hoc tasks as required

What we are looking for
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have at least a years’ experience from a similar role with a proven track record. You must have knowledge / experience within Financial Institutions and payments. You are a problem solver and you have a strong data-driven mindset. An understanding of Excel, SQL and various programming languages will be seen as an advantage.
