Student Assistant, Employee Experience - Aarhus

If you are an ambitious student with a natural interest in the field of Human Resources and Communication and you have an orientation to detail while also finding energy in working in a fast-paced environment, you will love to be a Student Assistant in the HR Employee Experience team in Arla Foods at our global headquarters in Aarhus.

How will you make an impact?
As our new Student Assistant, you will be part of our Employee Experience team in Global HR with colleagues of various cultural backgrounds, located both in Denmark and Poland. We’re looking for a Student Assistant to support our efforts to improve the employee experience with HR processes in Arla.

Our team’s purpose is to ensure best in class employee experience at every interaction with HR by, Collecting and listening to employee feedback, understanding challenges in the employee journey, continuously investigating improvement opportunities in our processes, driving consistent and coherent Global HR communication, providing tools and services enabling employees to confidently perform HR tasks and managing and supporting change projects/initiatives impacting the employee experience. Your role will be to support the full team with tasks such as:

• Maintenance and optimisation of the HR Portal (intranet) to establish a strong self-service enabling platform.
• Support with preparing various communication materials such as articles for newsletters or PowerPoint presentations for Q&As and also act as facilitator for online sessions.
• Ad hoc support to the Employee Experience team with various administrative, communicative and change management related tasks.
• Drive a few activities and events for colleagues

What will make you successful?
As a person, the preferred candidate is confident, has a pragmatic and solution oriented approach and is a fast learner. Furthermore, the candidate should be service minded and able to adapt to a demanding working environment. You have demonstrated analytical skills and pay high attention to details and proactive, with a high degree of autonomy and drive and have great stakeholder management skills. Specifically you are/have;

• finalizing your last year on your Bachelor study programme or just started on your Masters. You will be studying for at least 1-2 more years - please indicate on your CV when you expect to graduate from your final education. Please note, that it is a requirement to be enrolled in a study programme in Denmark.

• possessing strong English skills in both written and spoken.
• Competencies within Microsoft Office, and you master the use of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Are able to work approximately 10-15 hours per week, with due consideration to your studies.
