DIS/CREADIS is increasingly becoming digitalized, requiring IT solutions that run around the clock, all year round. This must be done with optimal performance to ensure the highest commercial output, and therefore, we need to strengthen our IT department to ensure this performance. Hence, we are seeking a new IT Support Manager for a newly created position at our headquarters in Stilling, Skanderborg.

Hence, we are seeking a new IT Support Manager for a newly created position at our headquarters in Stilling, Skanderborg.
The position as IT Support Manager
Reporting to the VP for IT & Business Systems, we are seeking an IT Support Manager with global responsibility to lead our IT support team, aiming to serve our customers and users. You will be responsible for a small team based in both Krakow and Stilling, involving an expected 10-15 days of travel activity annually. The support function is currently under development, providing you with the opportunity to make your mark from day one.

The tasks will be many and varied, and your main responsibilities will include

  • Daily responsibility for IT support to DIS/CREADIS employees and customers.
  • In collaboration with the VP for IT & Business Systems, responsible for the procurement and setup of IT hardware and software.
  • Collaborating with DIS/CREADIS’s Infrastructure Manager to solve tasks across areas, as well as being a backup on IT core areas.
  • Supplier management and follow-up on project deliveries.
  • Continuous optimization and improvement of support setup.
  • Daily management of the IT support function.

Additionally, you may recognize yourself in some of the following:

  • You have leadership experience and experience in driving IT support at the highest service level, where fast response and resolution times are prioritized.
  • It is an advantage if you have experience with support for AD user management, Office 365, MS Teams, Maconomy, PowerBI, Sharepoint, Orbit, and Hubspot.
  • You have good experience in collaborating and managing external partners, who will be your extended arm in DIS/CREADIS’ support setup.
  • You write and speak English at a high level and can communicate clearly and engagingly with everyone, both inside and outside the organization.
