As a Business Development Representative/Manager, your primary goal will be to fuel the pipeline for our sales team through strategic outbound lead generation.

In this role, your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of our sales team and the broader company. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact, driving revenue and expanding our presence in the market.

Your contribution is appreciated, and here is what you will do:

· Identify and Research Potential Leads: Utilize industry trends, market intelligence, and company resources to identify potential clients. Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and pains of these prospects.

· Lead Generation Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns, including email marketing, social media outreach, and cold calling. Tailor these campaigns to various industries and client profiles to maximize engagement and response rates.

· Engage and Qualify Prospects: Reach out to potential clients through various communication channels to gauge their interest and fit for our products and services. Engage in meaningful conversations to qualify leads based on specific criteria and readiness to proceed in the sales funnel.

· CRM Management: Manage and update lead and client information in our CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions, feedback, and progression through the sales pipeline.

· Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams: Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads for further development and closure. Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging and campaign strategies based on lead feedback and industry trends.

· Performance Assessment: Regularly review the performance of lead generation campaigns, utilizing CRM data to understand trends, success rates, and areas for improvement. Report findings and insights to senior leadership to inform future strategies.

· Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our SaaS products and the value they offer to potential clients. Attend product training sessions and stay updated on new features and offerings to effectively communicate benefits to prospects.

· Networking and Relationship Building: Represent Jabra Engage AI at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships with potential clients and industry professionals. Utilize these opportunities to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you :
· Have a degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Marketing, or Communication.

· Experienced in business development, sales, or a related field, with a keen understanding of the SaaS industry.

· Fluent in English and with outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in French and Dutch languages would be advantageous.

· Proficiency with CRM systems (MSFT Dynamics preferred), Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outlook is a plus.

· Previous experience working in a SaaS business is a plus.
