Your new role – why is this a great opportunity?
We offer you a super exiting job opportunity in our MES programme, which is implementing PAS-X on our Production Sites in DK, France, and Italy. You will be responsible for driving a strategic MES program, which is a key component in the digital transformation of the Production Facilities in Lundbeck.

The MES programme covers all our production processes from Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) to Finished Goods Production and is a Key Strategic initiative in Lundbecks journey towards digitalisation of our Production Facilities.

The main tasks of our MES Program Director:

  • Plan and execute the implementation of MES across Lundbeck Sites
  • Drive Organizational Change Management ensuring that the Production Sites are ready for the change and realizing business benefits fast and efficiently
  • Ensure strong and efficient collaboration across the global Program organization consisting of high performing Cross Functional teams placed centrally in HQ and locally on Production Sites

Your future team
You’ll be joining a newly established department called Manufacturing IT/OT, which is working globally and anchored in the production organization in Valby. Besides Implementation and operation of Production IT/OT solutions, the team defines and execute the IT/OT roadmap driving the digital transformation of Production facilities in Lundbeck. This is done in close collaboration with our stakeholders in

Production and Global IT. The main elements in our team culture are:

What you bring to the team

  • Engineering or Computer science degree (B.Sc., M.Sc. or similar)
  • Proven experience with Global IT implementations/programs (Preferred within Pharma/Life science)
  • Experience with handling stakeholders from Shopfloor to Senior Management
  • Strategic mindset with high focus on business understanding and benefit realization
