As our current student worker is going to work fulltime on her master thesis, we are looking for a new highly valued team member. We imagine that our new student worker is studying at DTU or KU (pharmaceutical sciences) and is in the first og second year of their bachelor studies. We have good experience with our previous student workers staying for several years, and we are looking for this again, therefore, Master students are not as relevant for this position.

We offer 1½ - 2 days work per week. The specific days will be coordinated with your manager and the team, and we are of course flexible around your exams. Our workplace is located in Hørsholm, Denmark. Bus 150S runs from Nørreport and right to our door.

Human Health Global Business Support is a dynamic and passionate team consisting of 9 full-time employees and three student workers.

The Global Business Support team is responsible for technical data & customer communication related to the established product portfolio, product documentation management, related systems, and other day-to-day support to the business.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Your highly valued input will make a significant difference for your team and thereby sales, customers, and consumers – evidently improving human health and wellbeing – every day.
• You will prepare and create our standard product documentation package related to new product implementations and changes. In addition, various ad hoc tasks related to documentation.
• Becoming part of Business Support will provide you with valuable work experience in a significant global company with a science-based environment – fueling future career opportunities.

To succeed you must hold:
As our student worker, attention to detail is key as you will prepare and create product documentation used by customers for labeling, artwork and for regulatory purposes and towards authorities. Your work will go through an approval process, and you are eager to deliver 1st time right.

You will of course receive thorough training, but you are already able to read and interpret complex information and use different tools and systems (e.g. Excel, possible experience with SAP).

You are service minded, responsible, and work in structured way. You are OK with asking for help and reaching out, when you need it - your colleagues would love to help. You are curious and initiative and seek information on own hand.
