Senior UX/UI Designer
As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a key role in lifting Falck's digital ambition. You will be responsible for delivering early prototypes and pixel-perfect designs based on user feedback.
You will be supporting our business in ELM (Employee & Labour Market Services) in a product team working in an agile setup. Where you will be involved in the ongoing operation and optimization of our B2I case service application in Norway and be responsible for ensuring a good and consistent user experience.
You will be joining the UX Competency Center in Digital Technology, where you will have a strong influence on how we work with UX in Falck.
About the job
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to develop a shared understanding of business and user goals.
- Gathering user and stakeholder feedback on existing UX and design ideas to iterate on design.
- Develop a deep understanding and documentation of customer journeys and pain points.
- Collect and analyze user behaviors and needs through qualitative and quantitative user research.
- Develop and communicate design ideas through prototypes, wireframes, and user flows.
- Implementing design deliveries in a responsive framework (Bootstrap), with support from developers.
About you Skills and Experience
- Have an analytical mindset and profile, driven by understanding complex requirements and translating them into simple solutions.
- Experience with user research methods, such as carrying out interviews, user tests, collecting insights and feedback and preparing recommendations.
- Facilitation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in UX design tools (Preferably Figma).
- Implementing designs using HTML and CSS. Experience with CSS pre-processor (SASS) is an advantage.
- Fluent in verbal and written Danish and English.
- Experience, or interest in, working in an agile setup (Scrum).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Product Design, or a major design discipline (or equivalent training or years of experience).
- 4-5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer from similar position.
