ABOUT THE JOB
As Service & Operations Consultant, you will become part of our committed and dedicated Service & Operations Team in IMPACT, responsible for delivering business-critical services to customers ranging in size from medium to enterprise. We put the customer at the center and pride ourselves on a broad skill set, including strong communication skills, project management, and using functional and technical system knowledge within the ITIL framework.

In our team, we have a growth mindset; both on behalf of our customers, whom we provide with consultancy and support regarding best practice operations- but also internally in the team. Thus, when joining our team, you will be involved with designing your own personal development plan to ensure the continued development of both hard and soft skills.

We are an ambitious team seeking to expand our competencies and double in size in the coming years. Our culture is built on collaboration while simultaneously giving each consultant responsibility and ownership for their own customers. Hence, being part of the team, you will be in direct and daily contact with customers, developers, Cloud Specialists, Project Managers - and naturally, your Service & Operations colleagues in order to solve your tasks.

In addition, you will work with some of the largest brands and retailers in Denmark and Scandinavia, such as Marshall, BoConcept, and Ganni. So, by holding the primary responsibility for a group of large customers, they will rely on you to work effectively with your colleagues inside and outside of IMPACT, solving problems from the very simple to the very complex - and everything in between, in order to comply with the service levels from the various Service Level Agreements.

The tasks under your responsibility will include; project management for smaller customer projects, daily contact with customers who require assistance with their solutions, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders as part of delivering the services. Furthermore, it is highly important for us to also have fun with our colleagues in between incidents, contributing to growing own skills, the team skills, and our customer engagement and service offerings

YOUR PROFILE
You have experience from a similar position within IT, Service Delivery, e-commerce administration, or IT Project Management. You have a good understanding of the commercial parts of the e-commerce landscape while also understanding the technical foundation for e-commerce solutions. You have a relevant higher education degree, e.g., cand. merc, cand.IT, HD, or similar.

Additionally, we expect you to have experience within

  • CMS systems (eg. Salesforce, Optimizely, Sitecore, Umbraco, etc.)
  • Microsoft Azure Services.
  • ITIL terminology (incidents, change requests, service requests, etc.)
  • Planning and management of your own and others’ tasks.
  • Communication with stakeholders at different levels, both at customers’ sites and within your own organization.
  • Providing great technical customer service in both Danish and English.
  • You should be passionate about making your mark as the center of customer collaboration.
