Maersk Project Logistics Functional Product Owner (fixed term)

As a Portfolio, Program & Project Management Specialist, you'll embody leadership in ensuring the seamless execution of initiatives, from crafting best practices to guiding project implementation. Your role will involve meticulously monitoring dependencies across multiple projects, presenting project status and financial information to leadership, and safeguarding adherence to methodologies, budgets, and timelines. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to nurture talent and manage major projects and programs, acting as a central governing figure to scrutinize and refine processes.

In this professional stream role, you'll harness your technical acumen to drive impactful outcomes, while also fostering a nurturing environment for your colleagues. Responsibilities:

• Champion the implementation of risk mitigations in alignment with Governance, Risk and Controls (GRC) and Business Controlling (BCO) roadmaps
• Cultivate stakeholder relationships to ensure crystal-clear deliverables, diligent progress tracking, and steadfast adherence to timelines
• Innovate and implement lasting solutions through policy, process, and/or platforms to mitigate risks associated with product changes
• Collaborate closely with GRC, BCO, and product teams to harmonize on solutions and deliverables, securing endorsement on risk assessments
• Forge partnerships with Air/LCL product teams to leverage synergies and glean insights for risk mitigation strategies
• Spearhead training initiatives to standardize policy and process changes across the organization

What You Bring:

• Proficiency in identifying customer pain points through qualitative and quantitative data analysis
• Demonstrated prowess in project management with a proven track record of successful delivery
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills to foster alignment and foster accountability
• Aptitude for generating innovative ideas and perspectives that enrich projects
• Deep understanding of the intricacies of Maersk's business and the pivotal role of product within it
• Stellar communication skills to eloquently articulate new product ideas to senior leadership
• Experience with Finance or FINOPS processes is a valued asset
