Global Sales Management is part of our Sales Organization, under the Global Sales team. The Global Sales Management is responsible for defining sales standards in wind power deals, driving sales excellence and deal analysis while supporting the regional sales organizations with sales-related activities from early engagement, through bidding and negotiation, until hand-over to construction upon a profitable closure of a contract.

Our team comprises a diverse group of enthusiastic professionals from Denmark, Germany, and France. These highly qualified employees cover various geographic regions. Additionally, we have a team committed to providing commercial and package guidance, as well as optimization support within the same regions. Responsibilities

  • Actively assist the Regions in finding tender / contractual solutions, closing contracts and acting as sparring partners; participate in key negotiations on request
  • Engage and follow up with supporting departments (e.g., Legal, Construction, VPS, Service, IT, Quality, HSE) with their commercial readiness for bidding and contracting, including related contractual documentation
  • Define and align key terms & conditions of cross-regional customers, in cooperation with Key Account Management
  • Support the definition and optimization of sales processes and guide other enablement activities
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert on specific commercial/contractual matters
  • Provide training to the Sales regional organizations and coordinate a community of commercial management practice
  • Maintain Global and Regional stakeholder relationships with commercial support functions such as Legal, Global Construction, Global Service Sales, Operations, Global Technical Bid Management and Product Management, VPS Product Platforms, Strategy, and Construction/Contract Management

Qualifications

  • 7+ years' experience in sales negotiation, contract management or procurement on wind power projects
  • Wind power Industry knowledge
  • MSc Degree in Law, Business or Economics
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English communication
  • Good project management skills
  • Proven relationship management skills towards internal stakeholders and customers

  • Informal leadership skills and being a strategic thinker
