Hardware Engineer for our Development Team

We are expanding and seeking a skilled hardware engineer passionate about analogue and digital design solutions such as Power management, SMPS, and sensor measuring solutions to join our team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing new solutions and products with a focus on customer experience, low energy consumption, and optimal RF performance while ensuring design for manufacturing.

Join our Engineering team
The Hardware development team participates in the product development from the project concept phase through the feasibility phase and development, test, and approval phases until the first product leaves the production line.

About the position
As an Engineer in the Hardware development team, you will collaborate closely with team members and other teams to provide timely solutions and deliveries in projects. You work together in an agile setting where you and your team set the structure for sharing the tasks.

Develco Products strives to develop high-quality products. In the hardware development team, we support this using tools such as FMEAs and derating of components to ensure the expected live time of the product.

You'll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to the ongoing success of our IoT solutions. You will be developing a wide array of solutions with a focus on power management and optimal SMPS solutions.

You will be working in an agile setting where you and your team will execute and document design decisions and solutions.

About you
We are looking for a talented hardware engineer with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering
• Takes end-to-end ownership of design and solutions
• Experience with SMPS design
• Experience with low-power designs and battery solutions is an advantage
• 5 years of experience with the design of electronics
• Familiarity with IoT technologies, such as Zigbee and SubG RF, is an advantage
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high-quality standards
