The position
By joining our team in Technology, Digital & Innovation you will have the opportunity to:

• Provide in-depth knowlege, experience and advice on how to improve architectual robustness and security compliance of the entire corporate wide Microsoft 365 platform, with primarily focus on Teams and Exchange.
• Translate business needs and explore new technology opportunities together with the internal and external network and partnerships.
• Drive implementation of new functionalities to improve our business effectiveness (by e.g. M365 Copilot, new Planner, Loop, Teams Mesh, e-mail functionalities etc).
• Advice regarding new technical opportunities, security challenges and architecture to the team and the stakeholders.
• Conduct security and technical risk and vulnerability assessments, and implement measures in the platform.
• Identify legal and compliance challenges and collaborate with the Legal office to implement measures to excel.
• Drive continuous improvement of our services towards the business.
• Participate in projects and activities and be a role model in driving change and modernisation within the area.

Join our Digital Workspace team as a Solution Archtect for Microsoft 365 solutions, end-user devices and productivity tools. We want to strengthen our team with a Solution architect with focus on the Microsoft 365 platform. Our team is a cross-disciplinary team, and we encourage applicants with different backgrounds and experience to apply.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related fields. Relevant experience can compensate for formal qualifications.
• 7+ year's of relevant experience as Solution Architect within Microsoft 365 area.
• Experienced solution architect with in-depth experience and insight to market trends, vendor landscape and emerging opportunities.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 product stack, particularly within Teams and Exchange. Desirable to have certifications in this area.
• General understanding of Operating Systems, Software Development, Network Operations, and Architecture. Familiarity with cloud architecture (Azure, Amazon, etc.).
• High interest in Information Security and awareness of the current Cyber Threat landscape.
• Worked in large organizations, demonstrating an understanding of complex IT solutions and architectural landscape.
• Self-driven, structured, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the abiliy to assess complex problems and propose practical solutions across different areas. A team-player with experience with Lean & Agile ways of working.
