As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll be a driving force, seamlessly navigating between Plan and Agile methodologies to ensure that nothing stands in the way of progress. Your primary responsibility is to capture the essence of business requirements with precision, analyse them with a keen eye, and transform them into groundbreaking technical solutions..

In this role, you'll be the bridge between business visionaries and technical experts, fostering a culture of collaboration and sparking innovation. Whether you're spearheading smaller projects or lending your expertise to Product Owners, your impact will be felt across the Supply Chain landscape, shaping the future of the industry.

Key responsibilities:
As a member of the IT Supply Chain Team, your role involves converting Supply Chain requirements into technological solutions. You'll collaborate closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to collect, assess, and prioritize needs, shaping them into practical user stories for the technical teams to execute.

Besides this, your responsibilities will also be to:

• Proactively identify opportunities for system and process enhancements, working with the Product Owner and development team to implement changes that will improve efficiency and deliver value to the business.
• Support the implementation of new features or changes, including user acceptance testing coordination, and help manage the transition processes to minimise disruption to the business.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst, who excel in business analysis methodologies, translating complex processes into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Familiarity with SAFe or other agile methodologies is essential. Besides that, you might be an exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for engaging with stakeholders and facilitating consensus. Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills are key, along with adaptability and a proactive approach to challenges.

Qualifications and Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field is required. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years' experience as an IT Business Analyst, including at least 2 years in a senior role with Supply Chain knowledge. It’s a must you have experience with either Order To Cash or Procure To Pay business processes as well as It system implementation..

Workplace is in Aarhus, Denmark.
