RPA Specialist-Tietoevry Tech Services (m/f/d)

We are seeking a RPA specialist who wants to be part of Tietoevry Tech Services. At Tietoevry, you will leverage advanced RPA technologies such as UiPath and BluePrism to drive transformation across critical business processes, applications, and infrastructure, enhancing operational efficiencies and delivering innovative solutions at scale.

When joining Tietoevry Tech Services as a RPA-Specialist:

• You will work with technical design and implementation of RPA solutions primarily using UiPath, considering client requirements and industry best practices
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver high-quality RPA projects within specified timelines
  
• Engage directly with customers to collect requirements, alongside business analysts; design RPA or automation solutions; test solutions as needed; complete User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the customer; coordinate with the Operations team for deployment and ongoing production support
  
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in intelligent automation to continuously enhance our solutions and capabilities
  
• Serve as a subject matter expert, offering guidance and support to team members on best practices and technical challenges, particularly in integrating RPA with business analysis processes
  
• Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards in all RPA implementations
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to RPA solutions.
  
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including presenting technical solutions to clients and contributing to proposal development

Who we are looking for:

• 2-3 years of experience in UiPath-based RPA development, with a secondary emphasis on BluePrism.
  
• Succesfully completed end-to-end development of 10+ RPA use cases ranging from medium to complex.
  
• Experience working in a DevOps model - proficient in both RPA development and operations, with deep knowledge of customer processes.
  
• Experience creating Process Definition Document (PDD), Solution Design Document (SDD), and Object Identification Document (OID) related to RPA projects.
  
• Demonstrable experience as a business analyst, including gathering requirements, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
• It is advantageous if you speak Swedish
  

Personality wise, we believe you have:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to interact independently with clients.
  
• Flexibility to adapt to different tools and roles (Development/Ops) as required by project needs.
  
• Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced organization and multi-task efficiently.
  

Education/Training/Certification Needs:

• BS degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  
• Strong working knowledge of the .NET framework/J2EE.
  
• Familiarity with Python, open-source Robot Framework, and other RPA tools, as well as PowerShell scripting, will be beneficial.
  
• UiPath Advanced Developer (UiARD) certification is mandatory.
