With a direct reference to our Head of Hosting, you will become a part of our 3rd level hosting department consisting of 9 dedicated colleagues located in Denmark and the United States. Together we manage the security, installation, configuration, monitoring, and support of the IT solutions to Kamstrup’s customers. In the team, you will work closely with a group of dedicated Technicians, Architects, and Project Managers, who value collaboration and an informal tone, which we believe help strengthen the collaboration and connectedness in the team. Beyond your nearest team, you will have ample opportunity to exchange knowledge and collaborate with other security experts across Kamstrup.

A job with focus on application operation
In the role as IT Security Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and governing security across the Solution & Service Delivery (SSD), acting as a driver for Security in identifying risks and participating in security advisory. You will be working closely with colleagues across SSD ensuring guidance and help within Information Security and conducting risk assessments on systems and processes to protect services and information globally.

More specifically, you will be:

• Implementing and evaluating security controls, risk assessment frameworks, and programs that align with regulatory requirements for SSD
• Developing reporting metrics, dashboards, and other controls to monitor Information Security Controls and Risks
• Following up on and advising the SSD Management team on legislations, standards, and requirements like ISO 2700x, IEC 62443, NIS2, CRA, etc.
• Taking part in sector-relevant collaboration with organizations, authorities, and other stakeholders
• Establishing a management and oversight program for security functions within SSD

Personality matters
We are looking for an ambitious IT Security Specialist who is driven by the desire to deliver the best-in-class hosting security solutions and who has a solid knowledge of infrastructure and application security. We imagine that you hold a bachelor’s or master’s in Computer Science, IT Security or similar combined with a minimum of 2 years of experience with IT Security within a large company, in which you have worked with large-scale security operations. Your experience has given you a broad toolbox to succeed in your work, for example when it comes to documenting solutions using ITIL principles. Furthermore, it is a requirement that you have worked with ISO72001 and CIS18 as you will be the department expert on these matters. Experience with Information Security & Governance or relevant legislation in general is considered a plus.

This allows you to see many ways of achieving your goals, while still being able to find the one that fits the current solution best. You thrive when working as a team, and sparing and knowledge sharing are a natural part of working, and you consider it essential to achieve success to be able to share your solutions while also receiving inputs on them. As a natural extension of your preference for teamwork, you thrive in an outgoing role, and you are able to communicate and collaborate well with people of many different backgrounds, both inside and outside of the organization.

It is a requirement that you are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
