With more than 40 years of experience, 90 international fuel solutions experts across 11 offices, we are committed to pioneering the next wave of fuel solutions.

Our Global Graduate Program aims to attract top talents who can develop into and become our future leaders and experts to drive and execute our business plans and financial targets now and in the future.

Turn your educational background into a global career
Our Global Graduate Program is designed to unite change-makers with diverse perspectives and equip them with the tools to accelerate their personal and professional development. The two-year program allows you to explore the world while developing your career. You will be taken on up to four rotations around the globe, where you will work in a fast-paced environment. You will be exposed to various parts of the industry while being challenged to explore your boundaries.

As part of our continual learning approach, you will achieve industry-standard education in Denmark (Danish Shipping Education) and be assessed and mentored through business models and on-the-job activities. We’ll offer you an exciting learning environment to practice what you’ve learned while providing you with feedback to develop further. After completing the program, you will have the necessary professional and personal skills to embark on your global career and be guaranteed a position in one of the participating brands.

We are open for applications until 24 May 2024 for graduate careers starting in August 2024.

After processing applications, we invite ideal candidates to a Career Day in Middelfart in June. At this event, we will elaborate on the Graduate Program, present our participating companies, and take you through different exercises and challenges.

Where are we?
We have offices in 11 locations world-wide, but your primary workplace when you are not on rotation in one of our locations outside Europe, will be Monaco, Copenhagen or Middelfart. In your application, please state your desired location.

Who are you?
We envision our ideal candidate as someone who:

• Has excellent interpersonal skills and can manage a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Maintains high ethical standards and is unafraid to voice opinions constructively.
• Shows a passion for logistics, sales, networking, and stakeholder management.
• Has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or equivalent.
• Has experience in business analysis and a flair for numbers.
• Has excellent problem-solving abilities and drive.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
