You can look forward to personal and professional development while you collaborate closely with senior leaders across the business. In this role, you will play a critical role in the delivery and value realization of larger strategic initiatives across the Hearing Instruments Group and towards other business units within the Demant group.

Key Responsibilities
You will support improving the strategy process and agenda in the respective functions and be instrumental in bridging initiatives and communication throughout the business. Through a business partnering approach, act as transformation lead for large strategic initiatives and transformations. In addition, you will;

• Be an important part of facilitating our strategy processes as well as selection of our key strategic initiatives
• Ensure strategic initiatives progress and track well – oversight of planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation projects.
• Constructively provide sparring to senior leaders on strategic challenges and transformations
• Develop robust systems and processes for data collection and reporting on strategic initiatives, incl. KPI’s.
• Independently facilitate various PMO projects and activities.
• While working across the business, identify opportunities for operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and deliver effective and targeted communication strategies.
• Develop and deliver change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience from management consulting or similar roles within larger international companies, from e.g. project management, PMO roles or similar.
• As a person, you naturally develop trust-based relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Deep strategy understanding and the ability to quickly identify dependencies and slice complex problems into smaller tangible bits in an analytical fact-based manner. #LI-HYBRID
• Great strategic communication skills.
• You have a data-driven mindset and possess a multitude of diverse tools within strategy development, transformation and communication. #LI-CC1
