Recruitment Sourcing Specialist

You will be part of HR & Recruitment team in Prague, where you will focus on helping and supporting the business in sourcing and attracting candidates. As a Sourcing Specialist you will be mainly responsible for:

• Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies to attract talent.
• Utilizing various sourcing techniques, including online sourcing, networking, and social media to identify and engage with potential candidates.
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with passive and active candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Tracking and reporting on sourcing metrics and effectiveness of sourcing strategies to continuously improve recruitment efforts.
• Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and sourcing techniques to enhance sourcing effectiveness.

Who are we looking for?

• Colleague with proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role in the IT/Tech industry is a plus, we can also consider sourcing experience outside IT but with eagerness to master it.
• Expert with social networks and job boards.
• Natural networker with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Team member with good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.
