Engage a global organization for transformation
As Operational Excellence Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing organizational efficiency, effectiveness, and competitiveness through performance management, KPI management, and process optimization initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across various geographical locations to identify opportunities for improvement, implement performance measurement frameworks, and drive process enhancements to achieve operational excellence on a global scale. The responsibilities in this position include:

Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement robust performance management systems and frameworks to track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with organizational objectives and strategic goals.

• Define, refine, and standardize key performance indicators (KPIs) across the organization, ensuring consistency and relevance.
• Establish KPI dashboards and reporting mechanisms to facilitate visibility into performance metrics of the organization.
• Conduct regular reviews of KPI performance, conducting root cause analysis of deviations and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through training throughout the organisation
• Lead process optimization initiatives to streamline workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of optimized processes across the organization.

You will be part the Operational Excellence team in Blue Water which is an important contributor to our success. The team consists of 4 employees with a clear focus on BEAT (Blue Excellence And Teamwork) and the related initiatives OTC optimization, performance management and the demand governance model. We work very closely with the business and the organisation in everything we do and we are looking for another team member to help us in our journey.

You should be able to work in Esbjerg 2-3 days a week.

Skilled Process specialist experienced in stakeholder engagement
The ideal candidate for this position possess the ability to inspire teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. You have proven experience in performance management, KPI management, visual management and process optimization, preferably in a global or multinational setting. Strong analytical skills are essential, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.

You have a demonstrate proficiency in project management, change management, and stakeholder engagement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.

We imagine that you have the capacity to collaborate effectively with various teams and departments to implement improvements and drive change. Additionally, the ability to understand and empathize with employees’ concerns and challenges, organizational culture, and the ability to navigate cultural differences within the global organization during process changes is essential.
