To participate in various finance-related projects and contribute to the optimization of our work processes, we are looking for a Senior Master Data Consultant to join our team. You will be part of the Compensation and Master Data team, a group function responsible for the entire payroll management process.

In this position, it’s thought possible for you to combine financial understanding with data processes, while helping build the supporting IT systems. Our team is comprised of 20 dedicated professionals, and you will have abundant opportunities to expand your knowledge and contribute to the evolution of our compensation and data management strategies.

We prioritize the welcoming and development of our new team members, providing mentorship and support throughout your journey.
You will also collaborate closely with your colleagues in Corporate Finance, and you will report to Pernille Hedberg, Vice President, Compensation and Master Data.

As a Senior Master Data Consultant in our team, your key activities will be to:

  • Develop and maintain detailed reports and dashboards related to compensation and master data, using SAP, Power BI, Maconomy and ServiceNow
  • Be a part of our IT strategy journey, offering solutions to address emerging technical challenges, such as AI, rethink data architecture and new solutions
  • Provide core data for ESG reporting
  • Assist in analyzing compensation data to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Support in testing system upgrades and new payroll solutions
  • Engage in business partnering with the COWI organization.

On top of that, you will have:

  • Master’s degree in finance or economics
  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience within the financial field
  • Analytical and digital mindset and understanding
  • Eagerness to learn and adaptability to new situations
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in English and one Scandinavian language.
