About the role
We are looking for a Lead Project Planner to join our Project Planning Department which comprises of about 30 skilled Project Planners located in both Denmark and India. We are engaged in some of the most extensive and advanced projects in NNE's history and strive to maintain high quality in line with our growth.

How you might spend your days
As Lead Project Planner, you’ll:

• Coordinate overall planning and scheduling activities on a portfolio of projects.
  
• Act as right hand for Project director / Vice President in regards to project planning.
  
• Manage and Lead the planning team and all scheduling related tasks.
  
• Ensure alignment across projects in terms of project planning and reporting procedures.
  
• Take part in on-going improvement of NNE tools and methods.
  
• Actively train and mentor Junior / Senior staff.
  
• Ensure integration of previous project experiences into internal project 'Lessons Learned' to establish a solid foundation for ongoing project improvements.

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

• Experience in Microsoft Project and Primavera planning tools.
  
• Knowledge of Planning Theory: Critical path Method, Gant charts, etc.
  
• 15 years of large-scale, multi-discipline planning experience with EPC.
  
• Experience in a leadership role in a project environment.
  
• Beneficial: Experience from pharmaceutical, biotech., food or chemical industries.
