Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and organised Marketing Manager to enhance our marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be at the core of Adtraction's central marketing operations, offering a prime opportunity to shape and advance our brand's presence.

You will work closely with our CMO to develop and implement the overarching marketing strategies, and you will take a hands-on approach in collaboration with our international team within UX, product development and design, to ensure seamless execution in reaching our goals.

Skills & Requirements
Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute marketing plans and digital campaigns
• Create marketing material
• Develop and update websites
• Ensure that content creation is in accordance with the brand strategy
• Evaluate, measure, and report on how initiatives create value

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing/communication
• Excellent written communication skills both in English and Norwegian
• An eye for design and layout
• Experience with planning, publishing, and follow-up of content in digital channels

Personal attributes:

• You are a team player, but you also work well independently
• You are structured and able to prioritise tasks efficiently, and handle multiple responsibilities at the same time
• You have a desire to learn and develop
• You enjoy sharing knowledge and experience
• You are not afraid to share ideas and take initiative
