Are you ready to take charge of shaping the future of marketing data strategy and performance initiatives? We're seeking a dynamic individual to lead our efforts in driving the digital marketing data landscape forward. As the Head of Digital Marketing Data and Performance, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing, guiding, and driving the development of our marketing data strategy while ensuring optimal performance across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation and management of digital marketing data strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ensure the maintenance and functionality of data channels essential for marketing operations.
  • Collaborate with external partners to incorporate best practices and innovative approaches into our digital marketing data framework.
  • Drive the utilization of data to inform marketing strategies and enhance customer engagement.
  • Lead measurement and data-related projects, driving continuous improvement in marketing performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to identify and address data needs and quality issues.
  • Develop and implement robust data governance and processes to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Provide support to marketing teams in leveraging performance models, KPIs, and data analysis for informed decision-making.

What we're looking for:

  • Over 5 years of hands-on experience in Martech, with a proven track record of managing, developing, and deploying data and personalization projects.
  • Expertise in web analytics, site tracking, and a deep understanding of paid, owned, and organic channels.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Strong project management abilities and a knack for problem-solving in complex data environments.
