Professional Services are responsible for the onboarding of clients to SimCorp’s solutions and services. We operate with consultants in EMEA, APAC and North America, supported by Global Delivery Centers in Warsaw, Manila, and Mexico.

SimCorp consultants are renowned for their strong technical knowledge of our solutions and services. Our soft skills training courses are built to enhance the consultants’ interpersonal abilities, as it enhances their ability to communicate effectively, collaborate with teams, manage projects, and understand client needs. These interpersonal skills complement technical expertise, enabling our consultants to deliver comprehensive solutions and foster strong client relationships.

In the role as Senior Management Consultant you will be part of our Value Services team which is responsible for partly design and delivery of soft skills training to consultants, and partly building and delivering management consultancy engagements to our clients as part of our Value Management practice. Being involved in our Value Management practice will foster a deeper understanding of the challenges our consultants face in client engagements, driving even better soft skills learning experiences.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Craft and deliver engaging soft skills training programs tailored specifically for SimCorp consultants. These programs will focus on communication, relationship-building, and effective client interactions.
  • Continuous improvement and delivery of services under our Value Management framework. Your contributions will directly impact client satisfaction and business success.
  • Work closely with the Education Services team’s Learning Experience Designers and Developers. They specialize in creating and enhancing learning content. Your alignment with them ensures a cohesive approach to training design and delivery.
  • Provide personalized coaching to consultants, helping them hone their interpersonal skills. Whether through internal use cases or client-facing workshops, your guidance will foster successful client relationships.
  • Travel to our global office offices for training and to client sites for Value Management engagements.

What we value:

  • Management consultant experience min. 5 years: Are you ready to share your consultancy and advisory skills with technical colleagues to enable our transformation journey? We would love to leverage your experience in management consulting to design and deliver impactful internal training workshops.
  • Passionate coach: Have you successfully engaged with C-suite executives? Channel that enthusiasm into creating an engaging learning experience for our internal talent, specifically focusing on management consulting.
  • Demonstrate excellent English communication skills. Clear and effective communication is essential for successful training delivery.
  • International experience working with people from different backgrounds and cultures, ideally in the IT industry.
  • Passion about discipline in client engagement, with strong expertise in leveraging written and oral tools to lead client communication.
  • Fair understanding of the Investment Management industry and/or FinTech.
  • Ability to efficiently manage a high volume of interactions with internal stakeholders.

The role allows for flexibility including the option to work from home up to 3 days a week.
