We have an exciting opportunity for an Analytics Lead to support Unibake in our goal to become the most tech-enabled bakery in the world.

This is what you will do
Join our dynamic team as the Analytics Lead, where you will be reporting to the Data & Analytics Manager and work with a talented team of Data Engineers and BI Developers.

You will be prioritizing and leading the activities in the Analytics domain, playing a key role in our ambition to drive better data-driven decisions across the organization. Collaborating with our Business Process Managers, Solution Owners, and local units, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of data projects from conception through to implementation. You will drive continuous improvement of our data products – ensuring we are providing the data and insights needed across the business. In addition, you’ll play a key role in defining and executing our Analytics strategy – including building communities of practice and improving data literacy across the organization.

Primary areas of responsibility:

• Managing the Analytics team roadmap and backlog – ensuring we have a clear plan and are focused on delivering the highest value projects for the organization
• Driving key projects from inception through to implementation, taking a user-centered approach to help drive data-driven decision-making
• Collaborating with stakeholders across functions and units to better understand their needs and how we can turn data into actionable insights
• Driving an agile way of working across the team, including facilitating sprint ceremonies
• Ensuring we provide robust and high-quality data products to the organization
• Support in defining and implementing our analytics strategy – in line with our IT and business strategy
• Coaching and mentoring the team - sharing best practices and establishing a culture of continuous improvement. Currently, there are no line management responsibilities.
