As part of this transformation, we are excited to announce an opening for a Platform Manager within the B2B Journey team. The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading the delivery of a state-of-the-art partner-facing platform, ensuring that every feature and functionality aligns with the specific needs of our institutional clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of the institutional partner platform within the framework of the B2B Journey, ensuring that all deliverables are client-centric and enhance partner engagement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders throughout Saxo Bank to gather accurate platform requirements, translating client needs into technical specifications.
  • Work closely with UX and design teams to create an engaging and seamless user experience, and with development teams to ensure efficient and effective feature implementation.
  • Utilize modern software development methodologies to manage platform development, ensuring that the project meets deadlines and quality standards.
  • Act as a champion for the platform, advocating for partner-centric tooling and processes within the B2B Journey team.
  • Demonstrate leadership principles by influencing without direct authority, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and client focus.
  • Ensure that the platform adheres to the highest standards of compliance, security, and data protection as mandated by financial industry regulations.
  • Stay abreast of technological advancements and industry trends to continuously propose enhancements that serve our clients' evolving needs.
  • Monitor and analyze platform performance, using data to drive decisions and improvements that will benefit our partners and the bank.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, , or related field.
  • Solid set of relevant experience within platform management or product management - preferably with a strong emphasis on the financial services sector.
  • Extensive knowledge of modern software development processes, including Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with UX, design, and development teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the aptitude to engage stakeholders and articulate technical concepts in a business context.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions.
  • Leadership mindset, particularly in contexts requiring influence rather than direct authority.
  • Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
