Welcome to the SAP Center of Excellence
We are a competence center with around 30 permanent employees plus external consultants. We work with almost everything within the SAP ERP platform.

You will become part of the SAP ERP Team, which consists of Lotte, our Team Lead, and 15 permanent SAP specialists within finance, logistics, and HR. We also have several external consultants in-house and in Poland.

according to Jens, an SAP application architect specializing in finance within the ERP team, who has been with us since 2021.

Every Tuesday we meet at CoE for a brief stand-up meeting, and we attend an annual seminar together at DSB's training center in Knudshoved with professional content and social interaction.

About SAP ERP at DSB
For almost 8 years, we have been running DSB's ERP processes on our SAP S/4HANA platform.

We work on continuously improving and developing our solutions, which is why we need you.

Our solution has development potential, and we need projects to future-proof, simplify, and optimize our processes.

We are working on projects such as Integrated Business Planning, Order to Cash, Warehouse Management, and Self Service Procurement on Fiori.

What Will You Be Doing?
Your main job will be to understand what the business needs, look at different options, and come up with good solutions for the future.

You will work closely with team members in the SCM area, such as process consultants and Subject Matter Experts in the business, as well as SAP developers in IT.

Other key tasks will include

• Designing future solutions for our SAP SCM module
• Documenting solutions and integrations through functional specifications
• Ensuring appropriate implementations
• Guiding and striving for "Best Practice" solutions related to SAP SCM

On a Typical Day
You will participate in or facilitate meetings with the business regarding assigned tasks. You will document solutions, review materials, engage in close dialogue with SAP application consultants or SAP developers, and possibly attend training sessions – or prepare for one.

You and your colleagues work on different projects and from various locations; some work from home while others are at the office.

When possible, you grab a cup of coffee or have lunch together, and sharing knowledge is an essential part of the daily practice.

Our small Integrated Business Planning solution needs to be elevated to a significantly higher level.

We need to thoroughly evaluate our future Warehouse Management solution and make our SAP system easier to use, bringing it closer to SAP standards.

Who Are You?
You have worked for many years with applications, processes, and solutions within Supply Chain Management, and you have a broad and deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA.

You have extensive experience in at least one of the following SAP areas

• Best Practices within SAP SCM
• Material Management
• Integrated Business Planning
• Warehouse Management
• Self Service Procurement
  

As a person, you can probably recognize yourself in the following description

• You adeptly communicate with both business and IT
