Your challenges

Joining our Global Sales & Operations (S&O) Academy team, you will be part of a dedicated team enabling our frontline colleagues to succeed in their day-to-day activities with our customers and partners. Global S&O Academy is a key part of the Global Commercial Excellence, where our focus is to support regions and markets and ensure our frontline colleagues are equipped to meet the changing demands from customers and market environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for running projects from start to end, developing plans and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and with quality in training that lives up to Global S&O Academy’s standards. You will drive global projects with complex stakeholder landscape across the VELUX Group and external partners. The largest project you will be running is our Product Training Platform (PTP), you will also drive sales efficiency projects such as adoption of sales enablement tool.

More specifically, you will:

• Lead project management of Product Training Platform (PTP) towards external partners
• Coordinate PTP launch towards internal frontline staff twice a year, across Europe and America
• Drive project management including project team meetings, steer co meetings and run workshops
• Create e-learning videos for frontline staff
• Handle internal and external stakeholders' communication and change management

Global ComEx currently consists of 24 employees based in various locations across Europe and we are expanding further into 2024. This position is based in VELUX headquarters in Hørsholm, Denmark. We are looking for an individual who has a track record of running projects, an active problem-solver and is used to working with a matrix organization.

Your qualifications

To succeed in this position, the right candidate has solid experience in implementing plans in a complex organization structure and motivate people to work with a common agenda. You are structured, able to keep your head above many running tasks that make up a project, and at the same time flexible and fast to react to changes that might come up as the project matures.

Furthermore, we expect you to:

• Hold a master's degree in a business-oriented topic
• Have a minimum 3-5 years proven track record in project management, ideally within commercial / sales functions
• Be organizationally savvy with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence on all levels
• Possess a strong project management toolbox
• Speak and write English at a professional level
• Be willing to travel around 10-20 days per year

As a person, you are strategically and commercially minded and have great drive as well as a holistic, analytical and structured approach to tasks. You are persistent and able to problem solve in a pragmatic manner while managing internal and external resources. You enjoy working in a team and with your good communication skills you are able to empower others to strive for the common goal.
