About the role

As E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for the optimization of our marketplace and E-commerce products. You will identify and drive growth opportunities to increase engagement through strategic and operational work. You will report to Head of Engage Nordics and be part of a new team at Benify.

You will for instance

• Optimize engagement and transactions within the Benify platform
• Improve content and consult suppliers and partners on content quality
• Optimize promotions and campaigns within our marketplace
• Identify and drive development and growth opportunities
• Strengthen the relationships with partners and benefits suppliers as well as between our marketplace and internal functions
• Have technical product ownership of our marketplace and E-commerce products and reply to product related questions internally and externally.

To succeed as E-Commerce Manager, you are results-oriented and committed to improving performance and delivering quality for partners and benefit suppliers. With a commercial mindset and ability to identify opportunities, you drive initiatives independently with productivity and the whole top of mind. You possesses strong communication skills and interact with internal and external stakeholders in a clear and respectful manner. In addition, you are analytical and understand that statistics and data are the foundation of making informed decisions for optimization.

We also see that you have

• At least 3-4 years of experience working within E-Commerce, Business Development for E-Commerce or Digital Marketing
• Professional language skills in Swedish and English, written and spoken
• Very good skills in Excel & working with data analytics tools (e.g. Qliksense)
• A bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Do you also have experience working in a commercial client facing role, it's considered a big plus!
