Dine opgaver
As a Tender Specialist you will be a part of an international team, with location of offices in Sweden, Finland and Denmark. In this interesting role you will translate customer needs and challenges into a competitive offer from Hitachi Grid and Power Quality Solutions and Services. In close co-operation with customer and other Hitachi Energy teams, take actions to identify new business opportunities for Hitachi Energy. You will be based in the Danish office in either Skovlunde or Middelfart. Some of your main responsibilities will be:

• Understand customer processes and values
• Be responsible for and attend meetings with customers and propose suitable optimized solutions as well as contracts in accordance with company’s strategy and tendering policies.
• Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships and your knowledge of customer needs.
• Find the right solutions on time at the right price and be responsible for both New Sales and offering upgrading to modern technology.
• Use tender processes and tools for proposal administration and offers as well as Risk Review guidelines.
• Closely follow up sales orders by cooperation with Project Management team.
• Live core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Din profil

• 3+ years of experience within tendering processes
• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Detailed knowledge of Grid Connection technology
• Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships
• Commercial experience
• Experience with tendering processes, preferably in a similar position
• Experience with FIDIC contracts
• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and verbal is required
• Having an electrical/power engineering background is a strong preference.as well as having experience with EPC tenders
