Your position
In your role as a Project Coordinator, you will be a valuable member of the newly established Consulting Services Department which is set to face tremendous growth in the coming years. Here, you will play a crucial role in the timely execution of our projects, assisting with project planning covering all phases from engineering to site installation, as well as reporting. This role will be a unique chance for you to utilize your expertise and experience in a large-scale project environment, while also making a real change for the global energy sector.

Your place of work will be either at our Global HQ located in Esbjerg or from our office in Copenhagen. The position is full-time and 30-50 travel days per year offshore and onshore to clients should be expected.

Your tasks & responsibilities
As a Project Coordinator, you will act as an active sparring partner for the project managers, while having a wide range of challenging tasks, primarily focused on assisting in coordination and reporting.

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • General adminstration support to the project and the project management team.
  • Responsible for start-up, establish and follow-up procedures and systems, based on the administrative requirements in in project / contract.
  • Maintain internal and external communication platforms (SharePoint, Teams etc.).
  • Establish correspondence filing systems, templates and distribution lists.
  • Handle in-/outgoing Client correspondence.
  • Organize documents as organization charts, vacation list, contact list, presentations and reports.
  • Ensure mobilization and demobilization of project personnel.
  • Company approval of project personal.
  • IT Access Management.
  • Office layout plan.
  • Access to buildings and office areas.
  • Prepare presentations and other written documents.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, teambuilding's, social gathering.
  • Canteen requests.

Your profile & qualifications
As a person, you enjoy having a lot of responsibility and you thrive in an environment where you have daily communication with many stakeholders. You are driven by completing tasks to the best of your ability and remain in control even in fast-paced situations. You have a safety focused mindset, and never compromise when it comes to safety on the job. Additionally, you are service-minded and greatly enjoy collaborating with your colleagues.

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:

  • Experience from project work and administrative project tasks.
  • Service attitude, proactive, flexible and customer minded.
  • Efficient, self-managing and capable of handling many enquiries at the same time.
  • Excellent IT knowledge and use of collaboration tools (e.g. MS Office, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Proficiency in English – written and spoken.
